A trusted advisor to his clients, Alistair has supported companies and executives across mining and resources, financial services and the law, transport, tourism and hospitality, providing advice with a focus on reputation management, public positioning and organisational response.
Throughout his consulting career, Alistair has worked with listed and private companies on major announcements, financial transactions and high-stakes public policy issues, often under a high degree of media and political scrutiny.
With experience working on both buy and sell-side financial transactions, Alistair recently supported Whitehaven Coal on the $6.4 billion acquisition of the Daunia and Blackwater metallurgical coal mines in Queensland and worked with the Suncorp Group in announcing the sale of its banking operations to ANZ for $4.9 billion.
Alistair has worked in both Sydney and Brisbane with clients including Kelsian Group, American Express, Uber, Diageo, MinterEllison and Carnival Australia, among others. He has supported clients across the full spectrum of corporate and public affairs, as well as foreign policy and diplomatic matters and media relations.
Alistair holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Public Relations) from the Queensland University of Technology.
