Callum is a seasoned adviser to executive leaders including cabinet ministers with more than a decade of experience at the highest levels of federal and state government across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. 

He has extensive experience in strategic communications, high stakes campaigns, stakeholder engagement, community consultation and policy development. 

Callum has wide ranging expertise that spans across portfolio areas including infrastructure, planning, housing and transport. He has developed a strong understanding, skillset and networks to navigate the challenges of complex stakeholder ecosystems across parliament, the public sector, business, unions and community.  

With his knowledge and demonstrated success, Callum gives clients access to unique insights to building universal support to achieve their objectives and has successfully led the delivery of projects and campaigns in all parts of the country. 

Callum grew up in Inverell, a small town in North-Western NSW, and holds a Bachelor of Arts.
