Carly is an experienced communications professional specialising in crisis, corporate and digital communications.

Carly is solutions-focused with experience in complex and challenging environments. She provides strategic advice and support to help clients navigate the media environment, working on briefs in the private sector across tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, health and banking.

Prior to SEC Newgate, she was part of the Boeing Australia Communications team, which saw her working on local and global brand issues like the 737 MAX crisis, an Enterprise Agreement negotiation and the company’s COVID-19 response.

Prior to Boeing, she was part of the Murray Goulburn Co-Operative Co. Ltd. (now Saputo Dairy Australia) communications team, playing an integral role in the fast-paced crisis communications and sale of an ASX-listed company.

Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Journalism) from the University of Technology Sydney.
