Finn brings extensive experience operating in high-pressure, high-profile working environments with a strong history of government relations, campaigning and strategic communications.

A natural team player who regularly works in dynamic teams that develop strategies and tactics in order to deliver wins, especially in the government sector with widespread understanding of Federal, State and Local governments.

Prior to joining SEC Newgate, Finn was a Ministerial Adviser for the Queensland Government. He worked across a range of portfolio areas including, Natural Resources and Mines, Transport and Main Roads, Information Technology, Sport and Racing. All of which have come under intense media and governance scrutiny in recent times.

Finn has also worked for Professionals Australia developing campaigns and strategies to recruit and organise professionals in their workplaces.

Finn has a Certificate III in Industrial Organising.
