Equipped with knowledge in various research methodologies, critical thinking, and analytical skills, Hayden supports a range of projects through the entire research life cycle.

At SEC Newgate he supports clients with the delivery of qualitative and quantitative projects by carrying out project administration, fieldwork management, data analysis and assisting with reporting.

Before joining SEC Newgate, Hayden supported TAFE NSW with student retention research, on a project specifically focused on attracting and retaining students from diverse and disadvantaged groups.

Hayden graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Social Science and a specialisation in Anthropology.
