Kieran has nearly two decades experience in public policy development, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications gained from advising senior Federal Ministers and serving as Chief of Staff to Victorian Cabinet Ministers.

Kieran has extensive experience in managing public policy issues and implementing reform, gained by working across the law enforcement and justice, social policy, industrial relations and transport infrastructure portfolios.

Kieran’s in-depth knowledge of campaigns, media engagement and strategic communications means clients directly benefit from his unique insights into how governments make decisions and how best to build consensus to achieve outcomes.

Kieran is dual US-Australian citizen and grew up in Melbourne’s inner north. He is an Arts Graduate from the University of Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University.
