Olivia is an experienced qualitative researcher with a specific focus on the application of Behavioural Science to insights. Her role encompasses project management, data analysis, moderation and reporting for complex and multi-faceted research projects.

Her experience in qualitative research methodologies covers in-depth stakeholder and customer interviews, facilitation of workshops and co-designs with community and stakeholders as well as online communities. Olivia has worked across a broad range of sectors including transport, energy and education clients.

Olivia joined SEC Newgate from The Behavioural Architects where she worked closely on behavioural change programs and research methodologies across global technology brands, as well as government clients.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Economics, with a double major in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics and Political Economy from the University of Sydney.
