Raluca is a multi-disciplinary researcher and strategy consultant with twenty years of experience acquired in both the public and private sector in Australia and Canada. Raluca is a creative problem solver who approaches each challenge with curiosity and finds solutions that fit within the bigger picture. She uses her unique blend of skills and passion for making a positive change to deliver projects that inform strategy and behaviour change initiatives for government, non-profits, and social businesses.
Raluca has led formative research, concept testing and campaign evaluation, brand and communications strategy and stakeholder engagement projects. Her sector expertise includes government, not for profits and education. Raluca has worked on high profile Federal Government research projects, including domestic violence, alcohol, responsible gambling and Indigenous education projects. Raluca works with vulnerable audiences, culturally diverse communities and Indigenous populations and does so in a way that is culturally appropriate.
Raluca has a strong business background holding a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University (Canada), a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University (Canada), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with Honours from the University of Economic Studies (Romania).
