Cale is a communications and government relations specialist with extensive experience in campaigning, issues management, government and community engagement, and policy advice.

Prior to joining SEC Newgate, Cale was the Digital and Social Media Adviser to the Premier of Western Australia. Cale has worked closely with the WA Cabinet and is well known to the WA Federal and State Members of Parliament and their staff.

Cale works with some of the largest global brands in the world including Google, Airbnb and American Express. Locally, Cale has utilised his skillset for a variety of clients across multiple sectors, including resources, infrastructure, health, energy, technology, transport, philanthropic and not-for-profit organisations.

Cale helps clients navigate complex issues with effective engagement and impactful communications techniques across various platforms and mediums. He combines his prior experience in the political campaigning, architecture, photography and graphic design sectors to devise creative solutions to communications and policy challenges.
