Emily Frost has over 12 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and media relations across a range of sectors, working with government, private and not-for-profit clients.

Emily has expertise in the infrastructure and transport sectors, having worked in several planning, bid and delivery teams, including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), to develop and execute evidence-based communications and engagement strategies that enhances reputation and supports successful delivery. Recent experience on major projects includes Melbourne’s North East Link Project, West Gate Tunnel Project and NorthConnex in Sydney.

She has assisted with negotiation of complex public issues with a wide range of stakeholders from the community, government and business sectors. Emily has organised public forums in a range of settings, including in depth consultative committees.

Recently, Emily facilitated public forums for the aviation industry; helped prepare a digital campaign for an energy project; and travelled regional NSW, Queensland and Victoria on behalf of the Government to consult communities on integrated transport initiatives.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations and Journalism and has IAP2 certification.
