Jennie provides human resources support to SEC Newgate’s employees and works closely with SEC Newgate partners providing advice on a broad range of human resources and strategic issues. In this role, Jennie is tasked with ensuring we have the right people to meet the needs of SEC Newgate’s clients, overseeing programs to maximise employee engagement and professional development, and manages a number of strategic projects.

Jennie expertise includes change management, employee engagement, organisation and team development, executive coaching and human resource strategy. She also has experience in broader business strategy development and implementation.

Jennie has over 20 years’ experience in the consulting, banking and professional services industries. Her early career with Accenture built foundation skills in consulting and project management.  She worked at Macquarie Bank for more than ten years in a range of human resources roles, including leading HR team for Macquarie’s retail business unit.

Jennie holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce, majoring in Banking and Finance from the University of NSW.
