Nicoleta is an experienced and skilled public policy professional committed to producing results that have a wide ranging and positive social impact.

Nicoleta has experience working within the Victorian Government, managing government and non-government stakeholders across the health and early childhood education and development portfolios.

Prior to SEC Newgate, Nicoleta worked as a Senior Ministerial Adviser in the Victorian Government. In doing so she has developed a deep understanding of the relationship between public policy, communications and media. Her most recent role saw her working on the Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in developing a workforce preparedness strategy for the State.

Nicoleta is passionate about education and played an integral role in working to secure a Victorian Government commitment to funded three-year-old kindergarten in Victoria. She has experience working on major policy announcements and election campaigns.

Nicoleta graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
