People

Olivia is a dedicated research consultant, with experience delivering outcome-driven insights to a range of government, private sector and NFP clients. As a dualist she has worked across quantitative and qualitative methodologies for more than five years, including design and management of online and telephone surveys, and moderation of in-depth and cognitive interviews, focus groups and online communities. 
 
In her time at SEC Newgate, Olivia has worked across a number of stakeholder and community projects. These have included stakeholder reputation studies, behavioural change and youth consultation studies.  Her sector expertise spans the financial and regulatory, agriculture, energy and urban planning sectors. 
 
Olivia joined SEC Newgate from Ipsos Public Affairs where she ran quantitative and qualitative research for government and NFP clients across a number of sectors including health, environment, public safety, transport, and finance. Her more recent work included program and campaign evaluations, concept testing and trackers, in addition to sensitive research with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and First Nations audiences. 
 
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science (Psychology) from the University of Sydney and is a full member of The Research Society.
