Peter is a social and market research expert with over fifteen years of experience in marketing insights, consumer behaviour, social research and political research. He has extensive experience across quantitative and qualitative research, combining best practice research design and insight delivery to drive business decision making.
Peter has worked with hundreds of clients across many different industries and areas. This diverse experience ranges from the design, implementation and management of a customer experience measurement program for a regional bank, through to managing Newspoll’s highly renowned political opinion polling for over seven years. During this time, his work meant that the outcome of all fifteen State and Federal Elections was successfully predicted.
As demanded by such high profile work, Peter has an acute sense for designing clear, non-leading survey instruments and has a thorough knowledge of precision sample design, ensuring accurate and actionable outcomes.
Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Survey Research Methods from the University of Wollongong. He also holds Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) accreditation through The Research Society.
