Cecilia is a senior research, strategy and social policy professional with 20 years’ experience in leading change and delivering outcomes across the commercial, government, community and humanitarian sectors through the creation, translation and application of insights.

Highly sought after as a specialist qualitative researcher and facilitator, Cecilia has expansive project lead experience across both qualitative and quantitative studies, with key skill and intuition in peeling back the layers to uncover what really drives peoples’ attitudes, motivations and behaviours on a range of sensitive topics and with diverse audiences.

She also brings broad Executive experience in her leadership and delivery of organisational strategy, social policy, program design and evaluation, quality systems improvement and risk; and communications. She has a unique understanding of clients’ need for and the challenges in applying insights and evidence, and working at Board and Executive levels to inform decision-making.

Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Social Science with a double major in political science and sociology from Waikato University.
