Elizabeth is a highly skilled consultant with more than fifteen years of experience across public, private, not-for-profit and political sectors. Her core skills include government relations advice, policy and strategy development, issues management, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
Most recently, Elizabeth has worked for a boutique government relations consultancy, where she provided counsel to senior leaders on how to enhance their communications, build productive relationships, influence policy and decision-making, and respond to changing political and regulatory environments.
Elizabeth worked as a Senior Policy Adviser to Cabinet Ministers in the Australian Parliament and was seconded to perform a key media role in a successful election campaign. Her decade of experience at Parliament House and in the public service fostered a deep understanding of the workings of Parliament, including the drivers of political decision-making, as well as complex Senate, Cabinet, Budget and legislative processes.
Elizabeth’s expertise covers a broad range of portfolio areas, including health, cancer and pharmaceuticals; broadcasting and communications; agriculture and regional development; financial services; and higher education.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (English, Art History and Political Science) from the Australian National University.
